The panels and clean room coverings are made using format cutting, punching, sheet metal bending and sandwich panel gluing. The basic construction consists of aluminium profiles.
Insulating rockwool or gypsum-cardboard sheets are used as a filling material. Due to the sheet metal bending procedure the panel edges are rounded and smooth. An electric channel is installed into the panel according to the electrical installation project and following the engineering plans, the cold and hot water pipes, along with an Inox (stainless steel) siphon pipe and a funnel subassembly are installed.
The engineering plan also determines that by using the punching method and by adding a reinforcing subassembly made from aluminium profiles, cutting is made in the panel. The joints are sealed using a high-quality single component polyurethane elastomer sealant.
The modular panels are manufactured entirely in the production area and according to the approved plan, which enables a clean, precise and time-efficient assembly.

The clean ceiling panels are made using format cutting, punching, sheet metal bending and sandwich panel gluing. The basic construction consists of aluminium profiles. Insulating rockwool is used as a filling material. Due to the sheet metal bending procedure the panel edges are rounded and smooth, which enables simple cleaning.
After the electrical installation and engineering projects, a cutout for the lighting system is made using the piercing technique and an additional reinforcing substructure.

The basic construction consists of the aluminium profiles and rockwool is used as a filling material. The material for the front door can be made from different materials: aluminium, zinc coated, bactericidal or inox sheet metal and HPL laminate.
Door closing and sealing is achieved by using invisible permanent magnets. The door wings have standard three pivot bushes. The pivot bushes enable 3D regulation. The handle for opening the wing is made of stainless steel sheet.
Two-wing or one-wing doors can have additional elements built-in: glazing IMGRAD CR panel, a self-closing mechanism, 4-spot adjustable self-closing mechanism and a ventilation grille inside the IMGRAD integrated interlock system.

The panel frame is made from aluminium airtight profiles. The edges of the laminated or toughened glass are polished. The joints are sealed using a high-quality single component polyurethane elastomer sealant. Silica gel is incorporated in the glazed panel to prevent fogging.
The IMGRAD CR glazed panel is built into the panel system or can also be used as a standalone panel from the ceiling to the floor.
CLEAN ROOM FLOOR
The IMGRAD CR modular clean room system enables PVC or epoxy flooring implementation. The door, corner and wall rounded profiles enable a rounded floor finishing and easy cleaning.

In hazardous explosive areas the flooring is made of an antistatic and conductive material and all the floor railing and finishing pieces are connected and grounding is established.
At the specific request a rubberized flooring can be implemented where better sound insulation is demanded against floor impact sound.

Using this data only the room classification can be determined. All the room planning, including all the details, the lobby area, utility rooms, material barriers, air conditioning ducting and other unit ducting have to be agreed in cooperation with: a technologist, who determines the technological process; an architect, who will dimension and design the room; an engineer, who will determine the air conditioning system and clean units, and finally an electrician, who will place all the necessary light and heavy current electrical installations inside the area.
In cooperation with other subcontractor partners and the client, taking into consideration the regulations and client needs, we can offer a practical completion according to the plan and within the arranged project price range.
